Readers have asked to what extent my stories are biographical. The answer for me, as for most authors, is that every story contains people I have known and experiences I have had. However, the stories that I have written have not been my story.

And yet, in many ways, there was a summer when I was very young… a summer that sealed my fate. Please… enjoy the story. Josh
